BEN

There was once a boy called Ben who was very poor because his father gambled and drank and his mother spent it on dresses when they had some. He couldn't even go to school because his parents couldn't be bothered to apply for him to go. He wore dirty black shorts, a black hat and a ripped black shirt. He had blonde hair but it was covered in grime so you couldn't see it was blonde.

the ashamed girl

There was once a girl who was very ashamed of her father although she shouldn't be because he was a banker but the reason she was ashamed of him was because he had brown hair, pale skin, brown brush moustache and always wore a white shirt, brown tweed jacket and trousers, white socks and smart brown shoes. Her best friend had ginger hair, green eyes, freckles and pale lips. She went to Crillhedr school in Frahkr for they lived in
Marfhr, the Earth's 32nd unknown moon. Very day she went to school in a chauffered black stretch limo wearing a brown skirt and t-shirt and got teased and called brownie.

The Great Plague Diary: Sunday 12th June 1663

Dear Diary,

Hi my name is Lottie. I am so depressed my six brothers, seven sisters and four baby sisters and three baby brothers, my mother, my father, my two uncles one aunt and three cousins are all dead. Now I have no one. I can't go out, no food, no one to talk to. Oh I miss my mother, father, sisters and brothers, uncles and aunt. I wish my baby sister and one of my cousins ws here. By the way I have already caught the sickness and recovered although I wish I had died. I think to keep the sickness away from the house so I don't catch it I shall light a fire and add some herbs I brought home from a man after hanging the guard.
Last week our three cats and two dogs were taken away and killed so now absolutely no living creature is in this house except the guard. I have scented this parchment and have picked some pansies and roses. When I went to buy the herbs as well as three loaves of breadwhich was meant for my three cousins and me. But I came back and they were all dead.
Oh! I think I might go crazy. Only two weeks left. I wish I had someone to talk to. I will have to hang a guard again. I have run out of bread and fancy something to eat. When it was only my aunt sick, the whole family except mother killed the guard and shopped. Oh! i miss those days. All I have is dead bodies in this house because I can't lower them, and I barely have enough money to eat let alone wrap my whole family separately in linen.
Yesterday I got some vegetables and fruit and wasw about to feast when I realised a rat was eating them. I need to see some children. I have herbs in every room (there are only three), and in my bed, on fires, in mouseholes, in my two dresses, and one pair of shoes.
Atishoo! Atishoo! Atishoo! Excuse me, scratch, scratch, scratch, I feel like lying down in my silken bed. I feel that I have a rash of pink spots on my skin. I feel cold. Atishoo! Gosh I think I have the plague. Oooh, I just looked at my arms they have black lumps. I miss my family. I think I shall die tonight, and be with the rest of the family. So I shall feast on my left over bread.
Bleugh! Atishoo! Sorry I have just been violently sick. Oh it is hot. I should have left for the country like my mother told me. I shall never see my grandparents in Shropshire again. Oh this is dreadful!! I can at least be buried with my dear rag doll.

Bye
Lottie

Please note, Lottie died, she did have the plague but had never had it before. She died very poor and was crazy.

Mr. Tony Blair

Why do you not put out an advert that's not just on T.V. for trained nurses and doctors who will do voluntary work for the NHS?

Don't we need more schools for adult learning disabilities? The reason that I ask is because our only one (Battersea Day Centre) for quite a long way in Lambeth is very slowly closing down.

Please note these are suggestions.

regards

Phoebe
