cooking
I love cooking mainly because of the (hopefully) delicious results after.
I found some very good sites and books for cooking:
I also have a cool book written by a teenager:
Sam's Cooking up a Storm.
This one is about family and knitting mainly

Lottie
Lottie was a nurse. She had a black dress, white waist apron and white cap. She looked after 3 children, Hope, Hector and baby Viccy. From 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. she only had to look after only Viccy because Hector and Hope were taught by a governess. Here is a typical day in her life:

8:05 dress children
8:30 take children to breakfast
9:00 take children for walk
10:00 take Hector and Hope to governess
1:00 feed children
